SPA Therapist role with a luxury five-star multinational hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role provides spa services and creates relaxing, rejuvenating experiences for hotel guests.
Spa Services
- Perform massage techniques, body treatments, and facial treatments.
- Customize treatments to meet individual client needs and preferences.
- Educate clients on skincare and wellness practices.
- Recommend appropriate spa products and services.
Spa Operations
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment.
- Manage appointment schedules and prepare treatment rooms.
- Collaborate with spa team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Follow spa policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in massage therapy or a related field is mandatory.
- At least two years of prior experience in a five-star hotel is mandatory.
- Proficiency in massage techniques, body treatments, and facial treatments.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to customize treatments for individual client needs.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physical stamina to perform treatments throughout the day.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
