Job Purpose
Lead the safe, compliant delivery of marine construction projects from site preparation through closeout.
Deliver projects to schedule and budget while maintaining zero safety-critical incidents.
Ensure construction quality, minimize rework, and achieve timely project documentation handover.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering, resources, and execution plans for marine construction projects.
- Manage marine construction methods, dredging, seabed preparation, and structural concrete or steel activities.
- Plan and schedule projects using Primavera.
- Conduct QA/QC inspections and reporting.
- Manage risk assessments and permits.
- Provide strong safety leadership and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Communicate with stakeholders and solve problems under field conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of marine construction methods is required.
- Knowledge of dredging and seabed preparation is required.
- Knowledge of structural concrete and steel basics is required.
- Experience with project planning and scheduling using Primavera is required.
- Experience with QA/QC inspections and reporting is required.
- Experience with risk assessments and permits is required.
- Safety leadership, cross-functional coordination, field problem-solving, and stakeholder communication are required.
