Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee construction projects for safe, code-compliant civil infrastructure delivery.
- Lead project planning, structural and engineering design, permitting, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate stakeholders and manage regulatory workflows.
- Support contractors through construction execution.
- Manage project costs and schedules to support on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Apply risk mitigation and problem-solving throughout project execution.
- Optimize materials and minimize construction risk.
- Coordinate project teams and provide leadership during delivery.
- Use structural analysis and design, civil drafting, project planning, geotechnical and hydraulics knowledge, and permitting workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience with structural analysis and design.
- Have experience with civil drafting using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Have experience planning projects with MS Project.
- Understand geotechnical and hydraulics fundamentals.
- Understand code compliance and permitting workflows.
- Demonstrate stakeholder communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate leadership and team coordination skills.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and time management.
