Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle.
- Support absence and performance management, diversity and inclusion, recruitment and retention, development, promotion, compensation, immigration, and relocation.
- Coach stakeholders through restructures, workforce planning, and employee relations cases.
- Ensure HR activity follows internal policies, governance requirements, and UK employment legislation.
- Support year-end performance, promotion, and compensation processes.
- Analyse people data and workforce metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and inform business objectives.
- Work with HR Business Partner colleagues across EMEA and globally.
- Collaborate with specialist teams to deliver a comprehensive HR service.
- Maintain knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
Requirements
- Proven HR Adviser or HR Business Partner experience in a commercial environment across the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong HR advisory and employee relations experience, including disciplinary, performance, and absence cases.
- Business partnering and client-facing capability with sound judgement and critical-thinking skills.
- Practical recruitment and workforce support experience.
- Experience with year-end compensation, benefits, performance, and promotion processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, attention to detail, and prioritisation skills.
- Working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- CIPD qualification and financial services experience are desirable.
