Role Overview
Provide professional spa services for guests at a luxury five-star multinational hotel in Riyadh.
Deliver a relaxing and rejuvenating guest experience through personalized treatments.
Responsibilities
- Perform massage, body, and facial treatments and customize them to individual client needs.
- Maintain hygienic treatment rooms and a safe work environment.
- Educate clients about skincare and wellness practices and recommend suitable products and services.
- Manage appointments, prepare treatment rooms, and maintain client treatment records.
- Collaborate with spa colleagues and follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Keep current with spa trends and techniques.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in massage therapy or a related field is mandatory.
- At least two years of prior experience in a five-star hotel is mandatory.
- Proficiency in massage techniques, body treatments, and facial treatments.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
