Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate training program schedules and day-to-day logistics.
- Prepare and distribute training resources and materials.
- Manage learner communications.
- Track attendance and learner progress.
- Maintain accurate quality and compliance records.
Required Qualifications
- Training program coordination capability.
- Experience or ability with learning management systems.
- Experience or ability with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Document preparation and version control capability.
- Basic compliance tracking capability.
- Organizational skills, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused learner support capability.
