The Spa Therapist role is described as full-time and on-site in Paphos, Cyprus.
The therapist will perform professional spa treatments, including facials, body therapies, and basic beauty services.
The role supports client care, treatment quality, hygiene, scheduling, service promotion, and wider spa operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable treatments.
- Provide treatments according to established standards and protocols.
- Maintain a relaxing, safe, and hygienic spa environment.
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment and manage appointment schedules.
- Promote spa services and packages.
- Collaborate with the spa team to deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong cosmetology foundation and practical spa or wellness experience.
- Proficiency in facials and related skin-care services, with attention to safety and hygiene.
- Professional experience providing pedicures and basic nail and foot-care treatments.
- Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, aesthetics, or spa therapy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, stand for extended periods, and follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Basic English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional specialized training in spa treatments is an advantage.
- Previous spa, hotel, or wellness center experience is preferred.
- Cyprus or similar-market hospitality experience is beneficial.
- Additional guest languages used in Paphos are an asset.
