Host Loyalty Services is a full-time, on-site role based in Limassol Municipality.

Responsibilities
- Explain loyalty benefits and assist with enrollment and account inquiries.
- Coordinate with food and beverage teams to support special offers.
- Handle customer feedback and concerns.
- Work with sales and service teams to promote loyalty initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity.
- Support training related to loyalty processes and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
- Training and sales skills are required to explain benefits, support staff education, and promote participation.
- Food and beverage knowledge is required for coordinating hospitality offerings.
- Reliability, time management, and attention to detail are required.
- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience is highly beneficial.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or point-of-sale systems are advantageous.
