Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and assign daily maintenance tasks and monitor work-order completion.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and equipment inspections.
- Maintain safe and efficient operation of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose technical issues, coordinate repairs, and manage external contractors and vendors.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building standards.
- Assist with maintenance budgeting and material and tool requirements.
- Coordinate with hotel management to reduce downtime and improve guest experience.
- Be available for flexible working hours.
Key Qualifications
- Strong supervisory and team leadership skills.
- Hands-on hotel or general maintenance experience.
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and maintenance best practices.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documents.
- Technical diploma or certification in Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous hotel or hospitality maintenance experience is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
