Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the spa, including reception, treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, wet areas, fitness facilities, and retail areas
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of therapists, receptionists, and attendants to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure all treatments and services are delivered in line with brand and spa standards
- Manage staff scheduling and rotas to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off peak hours
- Conduct daily briefings, on the job training, and performance evaluations for spa staff
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all spa areas
- Oversee inventory management of spa products, amenities, and equipment
- Support Spa Manager in achieving revenue targets through upselling of treatments, packages, and retail products
- Ensure all spa equipment is properly maintained and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, treatments, staff attendance, and revenue using spa management system
- Assist in development and implementation of spa promotions, seasonal packages, and membership programs
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Spa Management, Hospitality Management, Beauty Therapy, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years experience in a spa environment, with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory role
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel or resort spa highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French) are an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Knowledge of spa software/booking systems (e.g., Book4Time, SpaSoft)
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- UAE spa/hospitality industry experience preferred

Job Description
- Supervise the daily operations of the spa, including reception, treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, wet areas (sauna, steam, jacuzzi, pool), fitness facilities, and retail areas
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of therapists, receptionists, and attendants to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure all treatments and services are delivered in line with brand and spa standards
- Manage staff scheduling and rotas to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off peak hours
- Conduct daily briefings, on the job training, and performance evaluations for spa staff
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to the Spa Manager when necessary
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all spa areas in line with UAE health and safety regulations
- Oversee inventory management of spa products, amenities, and equipment; coordinate with suppliers and procurement as needed
- Support the Spa Manager in achieving revenue targets through upselling of treatments, packages, and retail products
- Ensure all spa equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, treatments, staff attendance, and revenue using the spa management system
- Assist in the development and implementation of spa promotions, seasonal packages, and membership programs
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Spa Management, Hospitality Management, Beauty Therapy, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a spa environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel or resort spa is highly preferred; experience in a large scale spa operation is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of spa software/booking systems (e.g., Book4Time, SpaSoft, or similar)
- A genuine passion for wellness, guest service, and hospitality excellence
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- UAE spa/hospitality industry experience preferred; knowledge of local health and safety regulations is a plus
