Roles and Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and provide guests with precise information.
- Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide guidance regarding spa procedures.
- Assist with gathering guest feedback on service quality.
- Handle check-in, check-out, and payment procedures according to company policies.
- Open and close the spa punctually and efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive guest records.
- Keep the reception and front desk areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Monitor and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Promote spa services, treatments, sessions, retail products, programs, promotions, and discounts.
- Work safely and maintain an organized environment for guests.
Requirements
- Previous spa industry experience is advantageous.
- Strong familiarity with the safe use and maintenance of spa equipment is required.
- A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and spa operating practices is required.
- Time management, multitasking, professionalism, courtesy, and a hands-on attitude are required.
