Role Overview
Join the Executive Office as General Counsel for a luxury hospitality group operating international lifestyle destinations.
The role requires a proactive legal leader who can manage complex matters, advise stakeholders, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of corporate law experience managing complex corporate legal matters.
- Expertise in Common Law and UAE Civil Law is required.
- Experience in contract management, trademark law, and regulatory compliance is required.
- Background in top-tier international law firms and corporate legal departments is required.
- Knowledge of corporate, real estate, finance, banking, and UAE Labour Law is required.
- Fluent written and verbal English and Arabic are mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Candidates should demonstrate leadership, ownership, resilience, flexibility, communication, and collaborative mentoring abilities.
- Strong knowledge of AI-powered tools such as Claude is required for legal research, drafting, document review, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage local and international legal matters, cases, and documentation.
- Coordinate external counsel and review submissions and court filings.
