Commis 3 position within the Culinary department at Five Hotels and Resorts in Dubai.
The role supports luxury hotel or fine-dining kitchen operations and contributes to the guest dining experience.
Compensation
- Fixed salary of AED 1,000 per month.
Requirements and preferences
- Proven Commis 3 or similar experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant is required.
- Culinary basics, knife skills, cooking methods, and ingredient preparation proficiency are required.
- Knowledge of HACCP, health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and restaurant operations is required.
- A culinary degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Pre-opening kitchen experience is advantageous.
- Positive attitude, culinary passion, interpersonal skills, and shift flexibility are expected.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to the required culinary standards.
- Assist senior chefs with culinary creations and assigned kitchen tasks.
- Contribute to menu development and presentation styles.
- Maintain mise en place, rotate stock, and keep workstations and equipment clean.
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices while collaborating with the kitchen team.
Schedule
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, according to hotel requirements.
