- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
- Support inventory management and minimize food waste.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or lifestyle dining concept.
- Passion for culinary excellence and continuous learning.
- Ability to perform in a fast paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
