- Lead and support the implementation of Trimble TMW Suite and related transportation technology solutions
- Manage the migration of business processes and data from TruckMate to TMW
- Collaborate with operations, dispatch, accounting, customer service, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure successful system adoption
- Configure, test, and optimize TMS workflows, business rules, and system functionality
- Coordinate and execute data migration activities, validation, and system testing
- Design, support, and troubleshoot system integrations between TMW and internal/external applications
- Work with APIs, web services, and middleware platforms to facilitate data exchange
- Support EDI implementations and integrations with customers, vendors, and business partners
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, stored procedures, and database related solutions
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology enhancements
- Create documentation, training materials, and support end user training efforts
- Provide post implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ideally TruckMate, Trimble TMW Suite, or similar logistics platforms
- Experience supporting full software implementation lifecycles, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption
- Strong understanding of transportation, trucking, logistics, or fleet operations
- Experience working with APIs, web services, and systems integration
- Experience implementing and supporting EDI transactions and integrations
- Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, database structures, and query development
- Experience troubleshooting data and application integration issues

Position Overview
- Our client, a growing transportation and logistics organization, is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to support the transition from TruckMate to Trimble Transportation Management (TMW Suite).
- This position will play a critical role in the planning, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of enterprise transportation software across the business.

Required Experience

- Project management or business analysis experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
