Overview

  • Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to take ownership of its Workday platform.
  • The organization is entering the next phase of its HR technology journey.
  • This position offers a unique opportunity to become the primary Workday subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Advanced Compensation.
  • Maintain and improve business processes, workflows, notifications, and approvals.
  • Manage Workday releases, testing, and system enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience.
  • Administer security roles and user access.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain data integrity.
  • Support privacy compliance and internal governance requirements.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
  • Deliver workforce insights and operational metrics to business leaders.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests and data analysis.
  • Support existing Workday integrations and future implementation projects.
  • Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders on system enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3 5+ years of Workday administration, HRIS, or Workday Analyst experience.
  • Strong understanding of Workday configuration and business processes.
  • Experience supporting Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, and Core HCM functions.
  • Experience with security configuration and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Extend, or Prism Analytics.
  • BIRT reporting experience.
  • Experience in a multi entity or complex organizational environment.
  • Experience supporting Workday integrations and large scale HR systems.
