  • Our client, a globally recognized leader in the fashion and retail industry, is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, eCommerce & Digital to join their marketing team.

Work Model

  • Hybrid (2 days/week in office – Mondays & Tuesdays)

Compensation

  • Salary: CAD 120,000 125,000
  • Bonus: 12.5% annual bonus (up to 15% for highly senior candidates)

About the Role

  • Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you'll lead the digital commercialization strategy across an international partner network.
  • You'll oversee digital performance across multiple markets while partnering closely with marketing, IT, sales, ecommerce, and franchise teams.
  • You'll also mentor a Digital Media Specialist while helping build digital capabilities across partner markets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute digital commercialization strategies that drive ecommerce growth across international markets.
  • Lead initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, conversion optimization, and customer lifetime value.
  • Manage digital marketing performance across paid media, paid social, CRM, SEO, ecommerce, and digital experience.
  • Monitor KPIs, revenue forecasts, ROI, traffic performance, and marketing scorecards.
  • Partner with cross functional teams including Marketing, IT, Sales, Operations, Ecommerce, and Account Management.
  • Support global campaign planning, digital transformation initiatives, and omnichannel growth.
  • Collaborate with agencies and external partners to optimize marketing investments.
  • Create digital governance frameworks, best practices, playbooks, and training materials for partner markets.
  • Support UX improvements, ecommerce merchandising, experimentation, personalization, and A/B testing initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, accountable culture.

What We're Looking For

  • 7–10+ years of progressive digital marketing and ecommerce experience.
  • 2–3 years of leadership or people management experience.
  • Strong experience within fashion, retail, ecommerce, beauty, lifestyle, apparel, accessories, or similar consumer brands.
  • Proven success growing online revenue through performance marketing and digital commercialization.
  • Strong expertise in: Google Ads, Paid Media & Paid Social, Google Analytics, CRM & Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, SEO, Ecommerce strategy, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Experience working with agencies and managing external marketing partners.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and franchise partners.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and executing.
