Robert Half is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to lead the design and development of scalable reporting solutions for a Salesforce Experience Cloud environment. You will partner with stakeholders to build standardized dashboards and reports, and develop a centralized reporting framework.

- Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements
- Translate business questions into intuitive dashboards, visualizations, and reports
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions within Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports where appropriate, integrating data from Salesforce and other business systems
- Create reusable reporting templates and standardized dashboards that can support future campaigns
- Build and maintain a centralized reporting library that enables business users to self serve common reporting needs
- Analyze existing reporting processes and identify opportunities to automate, consolidate, and improve efficiency
- Ensure reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with technical teams to source, validate, and model data for reporting
- Provide ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and optimization of existing reports and dashboards
- Document reporting logic, data definitions, and best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reporting
- Hands on experience working with Salesforce, ideally including Salesforce Experience Cloud reporting
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and reporting best practices
- Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with non technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions
- Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data
- Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating reporting across platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Position Overview
- We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer / BI Analyst to lead the design and development of scalable reporting solutions for a growing Salesforce Experience Cloud environment.
- This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and build standardized dashboards and reports.
- This contract role has an initial term of 3 months and will ideally work on site in Calgary, AB. However, remote work would be considered for the ideal applicant.
