Role Overview
Joveo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for its New Initiatives AI Labs team.
The role focuses on building greenfield AI products and serving as the technical engine for AI-led growth initiatives.
The engineer will operate across product development, cloud infrastructure, AI integration, and user experience.
About Joveo
Joveo provides an AI-powered recruitment marketing platform for employers, staffing businesses, RPOs, and recruitment advertising agencies.
The platform uses data science and machine learning to optimize talent sourcing, applications, and recruitment media buying.
Location and Schedule
- The role is based in Bengaluru, India.
- The position is work from office five days a week.
- The stated work timing is 2 PM to 11 PM.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products from an idea to a production-ready, scalable product.
- Design and deploy cloud-native AWS infrastructure with ownership of the stack, scale, and stability.
