About the Role

The Associate Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives is a high-visibility role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership.

The role works directly with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives and Global Supply Office as a strategic thought partner and execution driver.

The position provides exposure to global leadership and company direction while shaping ideas into measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive high-priority initiatives across functions and regions as a strategic extension of the CXO.
  • Execute AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects with leadership.
  • Analyze business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning for leadership decisions.
  • Build frameworks that translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes.
  • Manage critical cross-functional projects and ensure priorities move from idea to outcome.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or a founder’s office role.
  • Technology, SaaS, or high-growth startup experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and execution skills.
  • Curiosity about AI, technology, and the future of work is expected.
  • The role requires structured thinking combined with creative agility.
