Role Overview

Joveo is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its New Initiatives AI Labs team in Bengaluru, India.

The team builds greenfield AI products and supports the company’s AI-led growth initiatives.

Location and Schedule

  • The role is based in Bengaluru, India, working from the office five days a week.
  • Working hours are 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the technical development of greenfield AI products from initial concept to scalable production systems.
  • Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, owning the stack, scale, and stability.
  • Collaborate directly with company leadership to shape the strategic technical roadmap.
  • Develop, ship, maintain, and scale products across the full lifecycle.
  • Connect complex AI models with seamless user experiences.
  • Build, test, and rapidly iterate on AI-driven experiments.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of professional software development experience building, deploying, and scaling production products.
  • Strong experience with the AWS ecosystem and its cloud services.
  • A builder’s mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and automate inefficient processes.
  • Ability to translate executive business needs into effective technical architecture.
  • Technical versatility across backend development, infrastructure, and LLM integration.
