- Oversee all front of house and visitor experience operations, ensuring a seamless and premium service environment
- Plan, lead, and execute VIP visits and official engagements in full alignment with protocol standards
- Manage and coordinate service providers, including reception staff, chauffeurs, and PROs, to ensure operational excellence
- Uphold exceptional service standards while maintaining a high quality, professional office ambiance across all touchpoints
Requirements
- Approximately 8 years of experience in corporate services, hospitality, or operations, preferably within government entities or high end hotel environments
- Proven track record in managing VIPs, senior delegations, and protocol driven engagements
- Strong professional presence with the ability to represent the organization to the highest standards
- Demonstrated experience in leading front of house operations, including reception, visitor experience, and service provider coordination
- Ability to effectively manage multiple internal and external stakeholders while handling complex logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of discretion and attention to detail
- Based in UAE

The Role
- We are supporting a prestigious client with the search for a Soft Services Director, based in Abu Dhabi.
