- Develop and implement specialized cleaning strategies tailored to various client needs and facility types
- Manage and supervise the special cleaning team, providing training and support to ensure high quality service delivery
- Coordinate with clients to understand their unique cleaning requirements and customize service plans accordingly
- Monitor and enforce safety standards and comply with local regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning sites to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and manage budgets, procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and achieve overall business objectives
- Report on performance metrics, client feedback, and operational challenges to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in managing specialized cleaning services, preferably within the facility management industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using management software and tools for scheduling, reporting, and procurement
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the dynamic needs of the cleaning services sector in Dubai

The Role
