Responsibilities
- Support identification, analysis, and improvement of business processes across commercial functions
- Assist in developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
- Support tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) across commercial departments
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for management review
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in implementation of business excellence frameworks and continuous improvement programs
- Support cross functional initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational performance
- Participate in internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established processes and standards
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Management, and Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business excellence, process improvement, or performance management
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Ability to document processes and develop structured reports

The Role
- Support the identification, analysis, and improvement of business processes across commercial functions.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Collect and analyze business data to support decision making.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational and commercial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business excellence, process improvement, or performance management, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
