The Role

  • Support the identification, analysis, and improvement of business processes across commercial functions.
  • Assist in developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
  • Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) across commercial departments.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Business Excellence Initiatives

  • Assist in the implementation of business excellence frameworks and continuous improvement programs.
  • Support cross functional initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational performance.
  • Participate in internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established processes and standards.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Management, and Operations to ensure alignment of processes and performance metrics.
  • Support workshops and meetings to drive process alignment and continuous improvement initiatives.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Collect and analyze business data to support decision making.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational and commercial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business excellence, process improvement, or performance management, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to document processes and develop structured reports.
