- BICS Certified
- Proven experience in managing soft services within the facility management sector, preferably in the UAE or GCC region
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and multiple contractors
- Excellent knowledge of soft services operations, health and safety regulations, and quality standards
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in facility management, business administration, or a related field is preferred

The Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee the delivery of high quality soft services within our facility management operations in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will lead a team to ensure exceptional service standards, enhance client satisfaction, and maintain efficient facility support.
