The Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee the delivery of high quality soft services within our facility management operations in Dubai.
  • The successful candidate will lead a team to ensure exceptional service standards, enhance client satisfaction, and maintain efficient facility support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all soft services including cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste management, security, and catering services.
  • Develop and implement service delivery plans ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor vendor performance and coordinate with suppliers to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the soft services team to achieve operational excellence and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • BICS Certified
  • Proven experience in managing soft services within the facility management sector, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and multiple contractors.
  • Excellent knowledge of soft services operations, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze service performance data and implement continuous improvement measures.
  • Proactive problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in facility management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexible and customer focused with a commitment to delivering excellence.
