The Role
- We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for one of our UAE based clients who is one of the leading facility management companies in the UAE.
- Reporting to the Director Business Development, you will be assigned responsibility for managing the day to day BD activities in Dubai.
- The BD Manager supports all aspects of the business development lifecycle from leads and opportunity identification through proposal development.
- This position requires a high degree of organization with the ability to engage with colleagues across departments and at all levels of the organization.
- The BD Manager is responsible for maintaining the customer relationship management as well as generating new leads from different market sectors in the UAE.
Requirements
- University degree with further education such as an MBA preferred
- Facilities Management related certifications is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years in similar field
- Experience in Sales and Marketing
- With UAE Driving License
- Strong understanding of hospitality service standards and guest experience principles
