Job Objectives
- Direct supervision of care and behavior of family village residents, developing their skills and ensuring their social, educational, and health needs are met in a safe environment, in coordination with the specialized team and service providers.
Operational Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily life of residents and ensure a healthy and safe environment.
- Participate in developing individual care and intervention plans with the technical team and follow up on results.
- Monitor academic level of residents and report progress and challenges.
- Coordinate with educational and health institutions to secure necessary services.
- Supervise proper nutrition and address exceptional needs.
- Participate in preparing annual plans for social programs and activities.
- Organize social, recreational, and educational activities to develop skills.
- Instill noble values and community traditions in residents.
- Contribute to integrating residents into society and building social relationships.
- Implement rehabilitation plans for residents transitioning between age groups.
- Manage supervision of residents using specialized methods and guide behavior.
- Identify hobbies and exceptional skills and recommend development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Computer skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- 2 4 years of experience in education or social work.
