- Evaluate social intervention plans and provide consultations
- Deliver lectures and workshops for children and residents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- At least 5 years of experience in social services

Job Objectives
- Prepare social studies for children and residents of the Family Village, providing solutions and recommendations to ensure a safe environment and community integration.
Operational Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare social studies for cases referred from various entities and reports with recommendations for integration.
- Develop final individual empowerment plans and ensure alignment with recommendations.
- Coordinate with external entities providing social services and prepare follow up reports.
- Develop alternative plans in case of caregiver or educational staff absence.
- Provide group and individual guidance to educational staff and children.
- Prepare statistics and analytical reports to monitor patterns and identify gaps.
- Conduct periodic follow up interviews and field visits to educational or health facilities.
- Evaluate social intervention plans and provide consultations to improve care.
- Prepare recommendations and reports for social workers to include in the empowerment database.
- Provide consultation and guidance to social supervisors.
- Prepare and deliver lectures, workshops, and awareness courses.
- Comply with information security policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- At least 5 years of experience in social services.
