Job Summary
- Provide support for organizing and managing the Executive Director's office.
Operational Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure facilitation of communication channels between the Executive Director, leadership team, and staff to streamline workflow and convey directives.
- Organize the Executive Director's international visits, participation in important conferences and events, and follow up on benchmarking plans abroad.
- Prepare correspondence and letters issued from the Executive Director's office internally and externally.
- Develop project plans for the Executive Director's office and follow up on implementation.
- Prepare and coordinate agendas and presentations for Board meetings in coordination with leadership and sectors.
- Ensure department managers adhere to operational KPIs.
- Prepare the annual communication plan for the Executive Director and department managers (internal and external) and follow up with stakeholders.
- Any other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Customer communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in computer use.
- 3 years of experience in secretarial and administrative work.
