Job Summary

  • Provide support for organizing and managing the Executive Director's office.

Operational Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure facilitation of communication channels between the Executive Director, leadership team, and staff to streamline workflow and convey directives.
  • Organize the Executive Director's international visits, participation in important conferences and events, and follow up on benchmarking plans abroad.
  • Prepare correspondence and letters issued from the Executive Director's office internally and externally.
  • Develop project plans for the Executive Director's office and follow up on implementation.
  • Prepare and coordinate agendas and presentations for Board meetings in coordination with leadership and sectors.
  • Ensure department managers adhere to operational KPIs.
  • Prepare the annual communication plan for the Executive Director and department managers (internal and external) and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Customer communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in computer use.
  • 3 years of experience in secretarial and administrative work.
