- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars in coordination with the marketing team
- Write compelling captions, social media copy, and campaign messaging
- Coordinate with graphic designers and videographers to produce high quality visual content
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports
- Support paid social media campaigns by coordinating with the digital marketing team
- Collaborate with internal departments to promote company events, services, and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Experience using scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is an advantage
- Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign optimization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and engaging content
