Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results driven Head of Sales with a strong background in UAE Business Setup/Company Formation to lead our sales team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the business setup sales team.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, referrals, and direct sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, entrepreneurs, and government stakeholders.
  • Advise clients on the most suitable business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
  • Ensure the sales pipeline is actively managed and accurately updated in the CRM.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and PRO teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of sales experience in UAE Business Setup/Company Formation.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a sales team.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

  • Existing network of investors, SMEs, startups, and corporate clients in the UAE.
  • Experience working with business setup consultancies or corporate service providers.
  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of UAE commercial regulations and licensing procedures.
