- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the business setup sales team
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, referrals, and direct sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, entrepreneurs, and government stakeholders
- Advise clients on the most suitable business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
- Ensure the sales pipeline is actively managed and accurately updated in the CRM
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
- Collaborate with operations and PRO teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of sales experience in UAE Business Setup/Company Formation
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a sales team
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
