- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications, workflows, and automation.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components.
- Implement and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Integrate Salesforce with third party applications and internal systems using APIs.
- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce related technical issues.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, performance, and scalability.
- Participate in software development lifecycle activities, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to end users when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with significant Salesforce development and administration experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations
- Experience leading technology projects and managing stakeholders
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise applications
- Salesforce certifications are preferred
