About the Role
A&A Associate is looking for a proactive HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documentation
- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee documentation through the HRMS
- Prepare HR letters, including salary certificates, NOCs, experience letters, and employment verification letters
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR related queries
- Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness activities, and company events
- Coordinate probation reviews and performance appraisal cycles
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
- Generate HR reports related to recruitment, headcount, attendance, turnover, and leave balances
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Experience using HRMS/HRIS systems (Zoho People experience is an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem solving abilities
- Experience in the UAE corporate services or business setup industry is an advantage

Overview

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee documentation through the HRMS
- Prepare HR letters, including salary certificates, NOCs, experience letters, and employment verification letters
- Ensure employee files are complete and up to date
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR related queries
- Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness activities, and company events
- Assist in resolving employee concerns while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Coordinate probation reviews and performance appraisal cycles
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Experience using HRMS/HRIS systems (Zoho People experience is an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem solving abilities
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in the UAE corporate services or business setup industry is an advantage.
