We’re partnering with a
fast-growing, global fashion brand
operating within the premium/luxury space, known for its strong digital presence, highly engaged international customer base.
With continued international growth, they are now looking to appoint a
Head Of Social Media
to lead their global social and content strategy.
The Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s
global social media strategy
, driving engagement, reach, and overall brand impact across all platforms.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead the social function end-to-end — from strategy and campaign ideation through to execution and performance optimisation.
You will also manage and develop a social and content team, ensuring all activity is aligned with the wider brand vision and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the global social media strategy, aligned with brand and commercial goals
- Own and drive performance across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and Snapchat
- Conceptualise and execute social-first campaign ideas, translating wider brand campaigns into engaging digital content
- Oversee end-to-end campaign rollouts, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels
- Monitor and analyse performance using platform insights and analytics tools, driving continuous optimisation
- Identify and implement growth strategies to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Stay ahead of trends, cultural moments, and platform developments, ensuring the brand remains industry-leading
- Lead the creation of reactive and trend-led content, responding quickly to relevant moments
- Develop and manage brand partnerships and collaborations
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in tone of voice and visual identity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, PR, E-commerce, and Customer teams
- Lead, mentor, and develop the social media team, implementing strong processes and workflows
About You
- Proven experience leading social media strategy for a fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand
- Strong track record of delivering high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms
- Highly creative, with a strong eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
- Passionate about fashion, culture, and social trends
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance optimisation
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Confident working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
