- Maintain visibility across goods in transit, under clearance and delivered
- Collaborate closely with production teams and demand planners
Requirements
- 3–4+ years experience in supply chain or logistics coordination
- Hands on experience managing international shipments
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes
- Experience managing customs documentation
- Strong organisation and reporting skills
- Experience coordinating air and sea freight bookings
- Experience shipping to US, Canada or UK markets is a strong advantage
- Immediately available or on shorter notice periods preferred

Overview
- We’re partnered with a fast growing US brand expanding rapidly across e commerce and major international retail markets.
- They’re now hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to support their global logistics operations from Dubai (hybrid working).
- You’ll be coordinating international freight movements, managing logistics partners, and maintaining full visibility across shipments moving from Asia to key markets including the US, Canada and the UK.
What you’ll bring
- 3–4+ years experience in supply chain or logistics coordination
- Hands on experience managing international shipments
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes
- Experience managing customs documentation
- Strong organisation and reporting skills
- Experience coordinating air and sea freight bookings
- Experience shipping to US, Canada or UK markets is a strong advantage

Package
- Salary: AED 12,000 – 14,000 DOE
