Company Overview

  • We are currently partnering with an established creative production, fit out and project delivery business that works across a range of sectors including retail, commercial, hospitality, exhibitions and branded environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, project managers and procurement teams.
  • Generate opportunities across retail fit out, commercial interiors, visual merchandising, fabrication, exhibitions and related services.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions and client meetings to expand market presence.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial introduction through to project award.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial submissions.
  • Work closely with design, estimating and project teams to develop client solutions.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and provide regular sales forecasts.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks.
  • Monitor market activity, competitor movements and emerging opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, sales or account management within fit out, interiors, construction, exhibitions, visual merchandising, fabrication or related industries.
  • Strong network of industry contacts within the UAE market.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and secure commercial opportunities.
  • Experience engaging with architects, consultants, designers, contractors and end clients.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Self motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
  • UAE driving licence preferred.
