- Own the end to end employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to offboarding
- Create a structured onboarding experience that sets every new starter up for success
- Act as the first point of contact for employee support, coaching and guidance
- Lead performance reviews, probation processes and employee development
- Drive engagement initiatives and help shape a positive, high performing culture
- Support disciplinary, grievance and employee relations matters professionally and fairly
- Advise the founders on people strategy, organisational development and employee experience
- Ensure HR policies, processes and compliance are in line with UAE Labour Law
Requirements
- Experience in People & Culture, HR Business Partnering or Employee Experience
- Experience in a fast paced, high growth or founder led business
- Confident in managing employee relations and difficult conversations
- Emotionally intelligent, approachable and highly organised
- Enjoys creating structure, improving processes and building culture
- Can balance empathy with accountability

Overview
- We're partnering with an exciting, founder led consumer business that's experiencing rapid international growth and is now looking to hire its first People & Culture Manager.
- This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the people function within a scaling business, working directly alongside the founders to create an exceptional employee experience.
- This isn't a traditional HR role.
What you'll be responsible for
- Owning the end to end employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to offboarding.
- Creating a structured onboarding experience that sets every new starter up for success.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee support, coaching and guidance.
- Leading performance reviews, probation processes and employee development.
- Driving engagement initiatives and helping shape a positive, high performing culture.

- Has experience in People & Culture, HR Business Partnering or Employee Experience.

- Enjoys creating structure, improving processes and building culture.
- Can balance empathy with accountability.
