- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Monitor social channels, reply to comments, and convert direct messages into warm sales leads.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from internal lead databases and social media inquiries.
- Promote and sell products/services by effectively handling customer questions and overcoming objections.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs related to call volume, lead conversion, and closed sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales progress in our CRM database.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a call center environment
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts with a knack for basic content creation
- Exceptional verbal phone skills and highly articulate written communication
- A persuasive, goal driven closer who feels comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems, multi line phone tools, and social media scheduling platforms

Job Summary
- We are seeking a high energy, versatile Social Media & Call Center Sales Specialist to join our growing team.
- This unique role bridges the gap between digital marketing and direct sales.
- You will be responsible for creating engaging online content to attract leads, and actively managing outbound/inbound call center sales to convert those leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Monitor social channels, reply to comments, and convert direct messages (DMs) into warm sales leads.
- Monitor activity, answer questions, create content, analyze trends, and resolve issues on social media channels.
- Track social media engagement metrics to optimize future content and lead generation.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from internal lead databases and social media inquiries.
- Promote and sell products/services by effectively handling customer questions and overcoming objections.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs related to call volume, lead conversion, and closed sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales progress in our CRM database.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a call center environment is highly preferred.
