About the Role

  • We are looking for a detail oriented and results driven Ecommerce Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, purchasing, and inventory planning for our Amazon and Noon marketplace operations.
  • You will play a key role in ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and vendor performance across our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate, and purchase products/inventory to support Amazon and Noon store operations
  • Monitor stock levels and sales velocity to plan replenishment and avoid stockouts or overstock
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers
  • Analyze pricing trends, market demand, and competitor activity to optimize procurement decisions
  • Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery to Amazon FBA and Noon fulfillment centers
  • Track purchase orders from issuance through delivery, resolving discrepancies as needed
  • Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, and MOQs with vendors
  • Work closely with the ecommerce/marketplace team to align procurement with sales forecasts and promotional calendars
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon and Noon vendor/seller policies and documentation requirements
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, cost sheets, and supplier performance reports
  • Identify new product opportunities and potential suppliers to expand catalog offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain — ecommerce experience preferred
  • Hands on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central and Noon Seller Hub
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and forecast demand
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus, depending on market)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and Noon Express logistics
  • Knowledge of import/export processes and customs documentation
  • Familiarity with pricing/repricing tools and marketplace analytics platforms
