- Meet with clients to understand their property requirements, financial constraints, and long term goals

- Preview and shortlist properties, conduct accompanied viewings, and provide objective feedback
- Formulate competitive purchase strategies and negotiate price and terms for the buyer
- Coordinate with surveyors, legal advisors, mortgage brokers, and listing agents to ensure smooth closing
- Maintain an active database of potential sellers, developers, and industry contacts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, property leasing, or property sourcing
- Deep understanding of local property market trends, zoning laws, valuation methods, and transaction legalities
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
- Valid local real estate license/registration (e.g., RERA certificate if applicable)
- Clean driver's license with access to a vehicle
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM platforms, listing portals, and data analytics tools

Job Overview
- We are seeking a results driven and highly motivated Property Search Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team
- You will work exclusively on behalf of our buyers, sourcing premium properties that align with their lifestyle, investment goals, and budgets
- You will navigate the market to uncover both listed and off market opportunities, manage the viewing process, and guide clients from initial search to final acquisition
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to deeply understand their property requirements, financial constraints, and long term goals
- Property Sourcing: Conduct exhaustive market research to identify residential or commercial properties, leveraging industry networks to access exclusive off market listings
- Property Viewings: Preview and shortlist properties, conduct accompanied viewings with clients, and provide objective feedback on property condition, pricing, and neighborhood trends
- Negotiation & Acquisition: Formulate competitive purchase strategies and negotiate price and terms to ensure the best possible deal for the buyer
- Transaction Management: Coordinate with surveyors, legal advisors, mortgage brokers, and listing agents to ensure a smooth, stress free closing process
- Relationship Management: Maintain an active database of potential sellers, developers, and industry contacts to guarantee a steady stream of property opportunities
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, property leasing, or property sourcing
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local property market trends, zoning laws, valuation methods, and transaction legalities
- Negotiation Skills: Outstanding negotiation and communication skills with a track record of closing favorable deals
- Client Centric Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain total confidentiality
- Licensing: Valid local real estate license/registration (e.g., RERA certificate if applicable) and a clean driver's license with access to a vehicle
