Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Finance
- 2–5 years of proven experience as a Procurement Specialist, Buyer, or Purchasing Agent
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and commercial negotiation tactics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Procurement Specialist to manage our end to end purchasing activities.
- In this role, you will lead vendor sourcing, negotiate high value contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of cost effective, high quality goods and services.
- You will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain and reducing operational costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Sourcing: Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors globally and locally.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate prices, credit terms, delivery schedules, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Purchase Management: Draft, issue, and track purchase orders (POs) using corporate ERP software.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long term partnerships with vendors, monitoring their performance and reliability.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze market trends and company spending habits to identify cost saving opportunities.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal company policies and relevant legal regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience as a Procurement Specialist, Buyer, or Purchasing Agent.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Negotiation: Excellent communication, persuasion, and commercial negotiation tactics.
- Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Certifications (Preferred): CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent procurement credentials.
