Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and assessment of enterprise and citywide architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF-aligned), focusing on capability modeling, operating models, integration patterns, and long-term scalability before system selection
- Define and evaluate integration architectures across IT systems, data platforms, digital twins, command and control environments, and line-of-business applications, including point-to-point and centralized integration patterns
- Map and optimize business processes to technology capability stacks; establish architectural governance principles and review mechanisms across CIO, smart city, and delivery functions
- Act as senior stakeholder interface, translating between enterprise IT, smart city strategy teams, construction delivery leadership, and master systems integrators
- Facilitate technical decision-making grounded in business value and risk mitigation
Your Skills And Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or IT strategy roles within large-scale city/government programmes or complex corporate environments
- Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks in multi-stakeholder, multi-vendor environments
- Deep expertise in capability-based planning, enterprise integration patterns, and architectural governance
- Strong knowledge of smart city technology domains including IoT platforms, data architectures, digital twins, and urban operating systems
- Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to work at the intersection of business strategy and technical delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior technical and business leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to navigate complex technical and organizational landscapes
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of architecture documentation, technical reports, and executive presentations
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Professional certifications such as TOGAF, Enterprise Architecture, or equivalent credentials are highly desirable
