Responsibilities
- Act as primary interface between client and JLL, providing strategic FM advice
- Lead and maintain strategic plan for delivery of FM services
- Provide operational oversight of the tower, ensuring safety and functionality
- Oversee hard and soft FM services delivered through appointed service providers
- Review, update and implement preventive maintenance programmes and asset management strategies
- Lead transition/handover of the tower from fitout to operation
- Lead mobilisation of incoming FM Service Provider
- Own budget control and financial reporting
- Oversee Service Provider contracts and quality auditing
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements
- Lead, manage and develop direct reports within the FM Managing Agent team
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, KPIs and management dashboards
Requirements
- Experience in facilities management, preferably in a managing agent or consultancy role
- Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services
- Experience with budget control and financial reporting
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Leadership and team management skills
- Currently based in Qatar

Job Description
- JLL is looking for an experienced FM Managing Agent Role to oversee the operations of a landmark commercial tower.
- In this client facing role, the candidate will be the trusted point of contact for all Facilities Management matters, providing strategic/tactical guidance.
- The candidate will also lead the transition of the asset and the mobilization of the incoming FM Service Provider.
What This Job Involves
- Act as the primary interface between the client and JLL, providing strategic FM advice and recommendations.
- Lead and maintain a strategic plan for the delivery of Facilities Management services.
- Maintain clear, transparent communication and reporting lines.
- Provide operational oversight of the tower, ensuring facilities remain safe and fully functional.
- Oversee hard and soft FM services delivered through appointed FM Service Providers.
- Review, update and implement preventive maintenance programmes and asset management strategies.
- Handle escalated operational issues swiftly and effectively.
- Lead the transition/handover of the tower from the fitout to the operation.
- Lead the mobilisation of the incoming FM Service Provider.
- Own budget control and financial reporting.
- Review and validate FM related invoices.
- Oversee Service Provider contracts, including quality auditing of FM service delivery.

- This is an on site role based in Qatar. Applicants must currently be based in Qatar to be considered.
