Role Overview
The company is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor for UAE interior fit-out and renovation projects.
The role manages day-to-day site operations and coordinates project managers, subcontractors, and site workers.
The role requires proactive leadership, problem-solving, and ownership of site delivery from start to finish.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE interior fit-out or renovation site supervision experience is required.
- Residential and/or commercial interior fit-out supervision experience is required.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades is required.
- A valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are required.
- Good spoken and written English and the ability to read fit-out drawings are required.
- Immediate or short-notice availability and on-site availability in Dubai are required.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with Dubai building management or community NOCs, work permits, access permits, and site requirements is required.
- High-end residential or commercial fit-out experience is highly preferred.
Site Supervision Responsibilities
- Supervise workers and subcontractors, set out activities, check workmanship, and coordinate architectural, interior, and MEP works.
- Monitor materials, deliveries, measurements, site issues, snagging, rectification, inspections, approvals, cleanliness, and safety.
Planning and Reporting Responsibilities
- Support project managers with schedules and task lists while maintaining daily site records and reports.
- Prepare weekly client progress updates and participate in site meetings with timely project feedback.
Permits and Compliance
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Follow up on NOCs, building management requirements, work permits, access permits, and site approvals.
