Role Overview
The company is seeking a Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager with strong UAE interior fit-out and renovation experience.
This is a hands-on site role focused on fit-out execution, finishing works, subcontractor coordination, and site management.
The successful candidate will progressively take ownership of projects and client coordination.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE interior fit-out or renovation experience is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- G+1 certification with Dubai Municipality is required.
- A valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are required.
Site and Technical Responsibilities
- Supervise fit-out and renovation works against approved drawings and specifications.
- Take measurements, review drawings, coordinate technical solutions, inspect finishes, and close snags.
Project Coordination Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades while monitoring schedules, deliveries, logistics, procurement, and resources.
- Prepare progress updates, communicate project status, and follow up on outstanding works and deadlines.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Communicate site progress to management and support the Senior Project Manager with timelines, costs, deliverables, and requirements.
- Gradually take ownership of assigned projects from planning through completion.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with interior finishing works is required.
- The role requires the ability to read architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of UAE and Dubai construction requirements and strong communication skills are required.
