About the Role
The On-site Supervisor will manage the smooth day-to-day operations of renovation sites.
The role works with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers to deliver work on quality, schedule, safety, and regulatory requirements.
This is a hands-on role requiring leadership, problem-solving, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors on-site.
- Support project managers in planning and executing work schedules.
- Create and manage daily and weekly project timelines and task lists.
- Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
- Enforce site safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate site records and daily reports.
- Prepare weekly progress updates for clients.
- Participate in site meetings and provide project status feedback.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the UAE fit-out or renovation industry.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle.
Other Requirements
- Familiarity with NOC procedures in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and technical plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently with a self-motivated and detail-oriented approach.
