Role Overview
Turnkey Renovations is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fit-out Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager.
The role is based in Dubai and offers progression toward greater project coordination and client-facing responsibility.
Site and Project Execution
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to drawings.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and clients for timely project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with project scheduling and progress reporting.
Technical and Quality Control
- Review technical drawings, identify discrepancies or potential issues, and communicate them to the team.
- Provide accurate site measurements and document site conditions.
- Conduct quality checks, particularly for finishing works.
- Conduct inspections and ensure snags and defects are resolved promptly.
Logistics and Compliance
- Track material deliveries and manage site logistics.
- Prepare and update work schedules, material requirements, and resource allocations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- G+1 certification with Dubai Municipality.
- At least 3 years of experience as a site engineer in the UAE fit-out industry.
- UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
Other Requirements
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and Dubai building regulations.
- Strong understanding of finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
