Role Overview
Turnkey Renovations is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fit-out Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager in Dubai.
The role is suited to a candidate with solid fit-out site experience who is ready to develop project coordination and client-facing responsibility.
The position supports residential and commercial renovation projects.
Site and Project Coordination
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure works are executed according to drawings.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and clients for timely execution within agreements and schedules.
- Monitor timelines and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Review technical drawings, identify discrepancies or potential issues, and communicate them to the team.
- Provide accurate site measurements and site-condition details to the team.
- Assist with project scheduling and progress reporting.
- Prepare and update work schedules, material requirements, and resource allocation.
Quality, Materials, and Safety
- Conduct quality checks, particularly on finishing works.
- Track material deliveries and manage site logistics.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct inspections and ensure snags and defects are resolved promptly.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- G+1 certification with Dubai Municipality.
- At least three years of experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE fit-out industry.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle.
Other Requirements
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and Dubai building regulations.
- Strong understanding of finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
