Role Overview
Turnkey Renovations is seeking a Fit-out Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager to join its Dubai team.
The role combines site supervision with project coordination and increasing client-facing responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure works follow approved drawings.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and clients for timely project execution.
- Monitor schedules, review drawings, provide site measurements, and report progress.
- Conduct finishing quality checks, inspections, and snag resolution.
- Track material deliveries, manage site logistics, and support resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- G+1 certification with Dubai Municipality.
- Minimum three years of UAE fit-out Site Engineer experience.
- UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
Other Requirements
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and Dubai building regulations.
- Strong understanding of finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
