Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
Ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Duties and responsibilities
- Supervise site activities and coordinate with the design team, contractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
- Monitor quality, safety, project specifications, materials, and workmanship.
- Assist with schedules, resource allocation, progress reports, site meetings, and stakeholder updates.
- Support the Project Manager with subcontractor and contractor performance.
- Maintain site records and documentation and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
Candidate profile
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience supporting construction project delivery on site.
- Ability to work in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
